"Excellent experience, also my first time here! I had a regular 90 minute massage and therapist was super professional and courteous. Some massages you just feel like you’re waiting for the time to run out, but she made it feel like it wasn’t rushed at all and showed great attention to detail for my requests. Will definitely be going again!"

"Long story short....spend your money elsewhere, because lord knows if you're going to get what you paid for. In October I purchased a gift card for our employee as a birthday present. When she went to redeem the card, she was told that she was unwelcome as a client due to an unfavorable review written by her years prior. The owner said she could redeem the GC for products, or sell it, but she was not welcome there as it made her service providers feel uncomfortable. I stopped by to discuss options with her over lunch and after an hour of waiting, was told she was booked solid until 6pm. When she did call, she was rude and unwavering in her policy of no refunds. Wouldn't even allow me to mention what by plan B or C proposal was.... I was not about to "enjoy their services" after how she treated me over the phone. She didn't want to discuss it further and basically hung up as she was shouting over me. Class Act, that one. I've been on her side of the equation and there's always a way to work with a customer. It just shows her lack of skill, foresight and maturity to not be able to resolve this in a positive way. I can't wait to read her defense as a response to this review. But know that they're just interested in your money, not in customer service. 0/10 do not recommend one bit. Plenty of other options nearby that actually do care about their customers."

"I always look forward too having my Nails & Toes Taken care of by Breezy. She always does a excellent job, especially when I have special requests. (Pedicure) it’s such fun talking to her as she is as good listener. She makes me feel special every time that I see her not mention that my Nails & Toes look great. Thanks Breezy!"

"I was out of town for a wedding and I came here for a gel spa mani/pedi. The receptionist seemed grumpy like we were somehow bothering her by checking in. The nail tech (Bryann) was friendly but there wasn’t a lot of cuticle care beyond some oil. She said that french tip with mani is something that has to be booked ahead because it takes an extra 20 minutes (why?) so I got a basic gel polish. I hate that gratuities are included. It creates inflated price points and a lack of ambition to do the best work. I love tipping my stylists (15-25%) based on the quality of service I received. This service was not of the highest quality. She did a lot of over filing of my toes. They look worse walking out than they did walking in. A waste of money! I’m getting them redone in my hometown today. The mimosa was nice. CONs: bad pedi, no cuticle care, over priced, grumpy receptionist PROs: tasty mimosa, friendly nail tech"
