"I have been coming to this nail salon for years. My pedicures and eyebrows are always done super nice. However this time was my last time coming here. I went to City Nails on Oct 19. I wanted a black gel tip manicure (full set). While sitting in the chair the owner, who is the woman, was on the phone the entire time while doing my nails (talk about customer service) and this was the probably the most rushed manicure I’ve ever had. My cuticles are cut up terribly on several of my fingers. My “gel polish” is already chipping on my four day old manicure. And the bottoms of my nails are already lifting. This was the worst experience I’ve had here and considering I’m a returning customer I definitely expected better than this smh. Do better!"

And it's great!!!!! They're amazing at what they do and they take there time... Everytime I leave there I feel pampered I didn't get that from any other place...."

"Went here for a Mani Pedi and had a very mixed experience. Got a really nice pedicure they took their time and cleaned everything very well. Scrubbed cleaned etc. Probably took close to an hour. Then a very rushed experience with the manicure. Couldn't have been more than 5 minutes. Cuticles weren't done at all. Nails weren't shaped. Did get a hand massage in the end but the basics were skipped. Very confusing experience."

"I have gone there twice. My sister and aunt have gone here many times and like it. I like it too but Tam is the best when getting nails done here. He does some fine line work and takes his time to make it look great! I gave it four just because they don't clean anything they use. The brush they use is the same on the people they used time and time before. I think that's a little gross but I hear every salon does that. I posted pictures of my nails that Tam did. I always love the French tip but like a little extra. They last a while I go every three weeks to get them filled and repainted. Full set it 45$ and fill plus Polish is 35$ and that's for gel Polish which I recommend because there is NO DRY Time! So you can get right up and not mess your nails. Also it lasts longer."
