"I had been a few times to lush, and the experience was always, meh. I never left loving my hair, it felt brassy, the appointment always felt like you were an imposition, and the stylist always ran late. Another large issue is overbooking/ double booking. My stylist would throw chunky highlights in my hair (not really what I asked for), service two other clients in the mean time, and have me walk out with unstyled hair (mostly because she would do half a blow dry, walk away to assist other stylists multiple times, and then try to curl my damp hair). I REALLY wanted to love this place, after moving from a city. The salon is really pretty, and conveniently located, but the stylists make the experience pretty unenjoyable. Be prepared for the girls to run around the salon gossiping and to wait an hour (minimum) for your appointment, due to the lack of time management present. For the price point, there are better, more skilled, and friendlier salons around."

"It’s cute inside, however it’s extremely overpriced for the quality of service. This was my first time in for a mani/pedi. The setup for the pedicure gave me a workout holding my legs up. There are just chairs and they fill a galvanized tub and bring it to you. The manicure was dry, no lotion or anything. My nails look… not great… I planned a couple hours to de-stress and it fell way short of the relaxing experience I had in mind. The employee was very kind and seemed pretty young. I felt too bad to say anything. I was in on Thursday and today is Sunday, not a full 3 days later. The gel is already lifting in some places. I try not to look at them, saves me from getting upset that I spent $100+ including tip. First three photos are from today, last photo is the day they were done. You can see that from day one the polish was a little sloppy and there’s a big gap between where the cuticle ends and the polish starts."

"Absolutely amazing salon. They provide a variety of services. I have been looking for someone to do highlights since my hairdresser moved 5 years ago. I had been a little apprehensive about having someone new treat my hair. Carly did exactly what I wanted with my color and cut! I am so happy and feeling confident that I have found a new hairdresser!"
