"I was visiting someone in the area and needed to run in quickly to purchase a bra. While waiting in line to make my purchase, I and the other patrons heard a woman screaming at the top of her lungs angrily seemingly in what appeared to be their backroom/office down a hallway across from where the registers are located. Other customers asked the staff if everything was OK, should we be alarmed, etc. The staff apologized and spoke into a headset asking them to quiet down but the screaming continued, I speculated that the woman may be yelling at an employee. The staff present apologized again to the patrons, saying that it was their boss and that "she's not typically like that." Soon after a young woman with a headset came out of the office shaking her head, a customer asked a staff member if that was her and the staff member stated that she wasn't, leading me to believe that she may have been the one screamed at. This was my first time back at VS in 8 years, I won't be back again. Any company that allows their managers to treat their staff that way shouldn't exist."

"Good customer service. Layout was a bit wonky for a first time shopper. Also, no signage to show you where the register was. Took a bit to figure out it was at the back of the store in the corner. Otherwise, good sales and the employees seemed nice and cheerful. Would have gave a 5 Star if the employee at the register would have solicited for my email and VS cc application….."
