"Was 1 of 2 people in drive thru. Not busy at all. Menu board broken can't see anything. My total was 16.15$ and they forgot half my order. Made it all the way to job site before I relized...... so I basically gave them 16 bucks for absolutely nothing because I wasn't going to eat infront of my helper........ I apologize to any staff members, I can't imagine how difficult it must be to bag proper food items.... and take money through window.... with a calculator. Literally a waste of money."

"5 stars for a TacoBell. The staff are quick and accurate in their food prep, and they're friendly and courteous. The dinning room is clean. Most TacoBell ataff are not trained as well as these folks, best in the area. I avoid the others."

"8/16/203 - Parked and went inside to order. Ordering through kiosk was pretty easy but not all items advertised at the restaurant was available on the kiosk menu (i.e., watermelon slushy was advertised in the restaurant but not listed on the kiosk menu). Waited for about 20 minutes to get my food. It looked like there was only one worker on the line making food. Did see some employees come into the restaurant for a shift change but they didn't get on the line right away to assist the lonely employee in making food. Once I got my food, I was told that the slushy machine had broken, and I couldn't get the slushy that I ordered. The manager did offer another drink option, but I didn't want soda. She reimbursed me for my slushy. When I got home to eat my food, I realized that all the items I ordered was not in the bag. They forgot to give me the cinnamon twist I ordered. I shouldn't have to double check the bag before I leave the restaurant, but I will from now on. The trust that all my ordered food items is in the bag is very low at this point. Food was good but what I experienced above is unacceptable. 2023 Went inside to order via the kiosk. Easy to order. Was able to pay cash. Received food in a timely manner. Food was tasty. Staff was nice but not necessarily welcoming."

"This is my favorite taco bell. There are 5 other taco bells with in 5 miles. But this location has never let me down. Food is always fresh. Napkins. Suace is on point. Forks. Straws nothing is ever forgotten."

"Trash was overflowing into sauces and napkins. I told the employees at the counter and they just walked back into the kitchen and ignored me. It wasn’t busy. If the lobby is this dirty, I can’t imagine how disgusting the kitchen is."
