"My experience was positive in that I received all the materials promised in a timely manner. When I called to cancel my subscription after reviewing the materials, I was put through to a customer service representative in a very short wait time. The person to whom I talked was very pleasant and businesslike. SHE FOUND MY ACCOUNT ALMOST INSTANTLY AND STATED THAT I WOULD FIND A CREDIT IN MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT FOR THE $37.++ AMOUNT OF MY ORIGINAL SUBSCRIPTION.. As for the books, I have not read them in depth, but they seem to have a lot of information about organic medicines that may be helpful. Because I had seen reviews where the person had difficulty getting a refund, I felt I should let folks know that at least in my case I was given a refund with no difficulty at all. I will update this review once I see the credit on my credit card statement."
"I paid for the book a month ago, but have not received ANY confirmation for the parcel shipment. I asked 5 times to send me a tracking number, but was ignored. Finally 6 days ago I requested to send me my money back, but again - was ignored. People: do not believe to Health Science Institute : I also compared the price on the drugs they sale: it is more than twice as more expensive vs other suppliers. Very - very bad experience!!"

"Horrible - purchased a cancer treatment book and it was totally bogus, like eating flaxseed hulls. Tried to return but the woman at customer service was so slow, and kept saying the system was slow, couldn't do a return. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY ARE CRAZY: Now I also get crazy emails about Hillary Clinton's Russian connections and how the liberals are all colluding with "enemies"."
"SCAM!!! Ordered books and they NEVER came. Year later, they put $37.00 on my credit card. I called them and they were rude. Told me I was confused.Obvious, they try to trick elderly people into these scams. But, this old elderly younger lady did not fall for it. Don't you either. Just say, NO."
