"My father has been seeing Kimberly Reilly for the past couple of months now and she has been wonderful. She has excellent bed side manners and truly cares about my fathers condition (headaches). She does ask for several exams/blood work but this is so that she can rule other concerns out. While we still try to figure out what is causing his headaches, she has prescribed him medication that has eased his pain. She has also referred us to other specialists for an eye condition. She is very respectful and explains everything thoroughly. We feel so relieved to have found the International in Neurorehabilitation Institute."
"I have been having health concerns for a long time. All of the physicians I have seen thus far at other practices have dismissed me and have told me I simply have anxiety. When I made an appointment with INI, I was an initial patient with NP Amber Jobe. She left the next month, and I was then a patient of NP Kimberly Reilly. I would just like to say that you should not trust the reviews about her on google. She is the only person who has taken her time, listened to all of my concerns, has been there to support me, and has checked up on me throughout weeks where I was adjusting medication for seizures. She is the best NP I have ever known, and she really is the sweetest person with the kindest heart. I think she cares so much for her patients that she has made it her current life goal to help them with their care and give them the best treatment that she can within her abilities. I agree that she has to defer to other specialists for some things, but I would like to remind you that she is an NP with concentrated specialities and has to refer out to other providers for things that she does not treat. I also had 17 tubes of blood drawn by their office, and even though I despise blood work, I’m so glad that I got it done. They tested for things of similar symptoms and they found all of the markers for a specific autoimmune condition that I am now seeing rheumatology for. I am grateful for this office and appreciate how much these providers care. She really is the only NP to ever have taken me seriously. I think I’ve only written 2 or 3 reviews. And this is the only one that truly matters to me."
"I had a terrible experience with this practice. I saw Kimberly Reilly (nurse practitioner) for a facial/under eye twitch that was persistent for weeks. When I asked her if this could be nothing, she told me that she "has only ever seen this be MS or something structural such as a brain tumor or an aneurysm". She told me not to do anything strenuous, as an aneurysm could rupture. I got a second opinion at another neurologist office (who is an actual doctor) who told me based on my exam and symptoms that it was very unlikely to be related to MS, a tumor, or an aneurysm, which after having imaging, he was absolutely correct. There was nothing abnormal on the imaging. In addition to Kimberly Reilly causing me a great deal of anxiety, she also called in a bunch of unnecessary bloodwork. I got 27 vials taken at 1 time and when I told her about this her response was "Oh I am sorry that is a lot. I thought it would be more like 13." This bloodwork cost me over $1600 with insurance coverage. I attempted to speak with Dr. Decker regarding this and he was very dismissive and not receptive to the mistakes of his employee. I just wanted to share my experience with anyone else looking to visit this practice, as it was a negative one."
"Dr Becker and his staff are life changing professionals who are caring and go beyond their means to help patients. I have been a living example of how much he has done for me and my medics records prove such incredible improvements. I travel hundreds of miles just to be his patient and I wouldn’t have it any other way."
"My Grandmother was a one time patient of Dr Becker's for her spinal pain. It was a regrettable visit. He was very rude & seemed bored. He was very unprofessional & distracted not to mention unconcerned. At the end he questioned if she was faking her pain for attention & quickly ended the visit. Later on she was treated & cured of her spinal pain by a much better Doctor. I highly recommend not considering this center for yourself or a loved one."
