"Kudos to those who find this Dr. G helpful! I did not! Waiting for two long hours to be seeing and no apologies. Violation my patient’s rights by bringing an intern with him into the session without asking for my consent, and treating me like I’m a charity patient is not what I consider quality customer service! I’m both a patient and a customer. He and his staff charge a lot money to my medical insurance and I pay for it. The least I expect is respect and good medical care. Dr. G did not provide either to me."

"Let me start by saying that the front desk staff are really nice and my care from Dr. G. has been excellent. This review is specific to my experience this morning. Historically, I've spent HOURS waiting in the waiting room for appointment times in the past (each time, having to take vacation time off of work). I have never once complained because I've been happy with the care received and Dr. G's thoroughness. He really does care for his patients. This morning, I got stuck in some construction traffic on the way to my appointment and walked into the office 8 minutes after my appointment time and the nurse practioner refused to see me. Again, I took time off of work for this appointment. Considering I was a few minutes late due to circumstances beyond my control, and I typically wait on average for 30 minutes plus (to sometimes hours after my appointment times) in the past, I was absolutely shocked that I was turned away. Life happens, please re-evaluate your policies and be transparent about them. It seems like patients just have to deal with waiting for hours on end, but when life happens and I was less than 10 minutes late, I would have thought that the practice would have extended me a little grace like I have done numerous times for them in the past, without so much as a complaint."
