"What a lousy place! It took an hour to get the food and beverages on the table With only one client! ONE CLIENT! you can hear from the dining room the kitchen staff partying, making jokes and playing silly! This place is pretty much brand new and I don’t think it will last one year on business! ONE CLIENT and the server never came to check up because they spend time joking with the kitchen and by the end they charge you a mandatory tip! Unbelievable"

"First time here, went here for lunch with my child and the food was delicious. The ambience was nice for what it is but the place could be a 5 star if the service gets a tune up. Staff not very friendly or welcoming. I will be coming back because it’s hard to find a place that makes delicious pupusas and horchata. FYI, when you dine-in they do an Auto Tip…"

"My friend and I started off by sharing a large Pork and Cheese Pupusa ($3.99). He ordered the Carne Asada and I got Lomo Saltado de Carne, each $18.99. Portions were large and the food was very good. My Horchata ($3.99) took the place of dessert. A bright, cheerful family restaurant. A tip is automatically added to the bill."

"Pupusa Familiar is a must-try. Pupusa the size of a pizza. Restaurant is much less crowded/busy than the Herndon location. Baleadas are also super tasty (and well-priced)"
