"Me and my sister have been going to this location for over 15 year, we live close by and we've never had any issues until now. I found this disgusting insect in my bowl; it's so gross it ruined my lunch and my whole day I tried to reach someone but everyone looked so busy I couldn't get in touch without any body I Don feel going to any chipotle anywhere it so sad l used to love it so much"

"I placed a $60 online order - 2 burrito bowls and 2 bags of chips. The only thing they got correct out of the whole order was one bag of chips. The burrito bowls were entirely wrong and we were missing a bag of chips. I expected a full refund because both the bowls had stuff we don’t like or can’t eat mixed in so we had to throw the whole thing away. I was given a $27 refund for their mistake. I will not be returning. **edit to add this order was placed directly through the chipotle website and not a third party app. And I did not include the $15 tip I lost for the delivery (total order was $75!)."
