"The two women were extremely rude…15 minutes before closing and they didn’t acknowledge the fact that customers were standing there. One worker continued online orders until they were all complete and then asked if we needed help(no just like watching you work) very very rude."
"I placed a $60 online order - 2 burrito bowls and 2 bags of chips. The only thing they got correct out of the whole order was one bag of chips. The burrito bowls were entirely wrong and we were missing a bag of chips. I expected a full refund because both the bowls had stuff we don’t like or can’t eat mixed in so we had to throw the whole thing away. I was given a $27 refund for their mistake. I will not be returning. **edit to add this order was placed directly through the chipotle website and not a third party app. And I did not include the $15 tip I lost for the delivery (total order was $75!)."
