"Ceiling in room leaked,filth in all the corners, bathrooms nasty. 90% of staff had not matured past a pre adolescent level, severely under staffed. Dept. of aging needs to do a surprise visit."

"My wife was recently admitted into Quality Life Services at their facility in Markleysburg for follow up care after discharge from the hospital. An older facility very well run. Clean, efficient with a very friendly staff! She was well cared for during her stay ! More attention to detail that you will get with a small facility. Thanks to Quality Life Services and God Bless! "my mom had to go here after have surgery on her foot the care is the worst and the staff is awful she has been there 5 days and still hasn't had a shower they told her the day she was scheduled to have a shower they was short staffed she would have to wait her turn again :( then she was having trouble getting up the ramp in her wheel chair she ask an aid that was walking by to help her and she told my mom you have to find your aid im busy . then they told her if she cant get down to the lunch room by herself she would have to eat in her room they don't have time to take her down and they don't take her food up till everyone is done eating"
