"We are seeing Children Dr hospital for long time. They have great staff and especially Dr. Masood is one of the best Dr I ever meet."

"My son was banned from the office due to being argumentative , cursing and aggressive. My son is diagnosed with ddmd which is a mood disorder and he also has adhd. He was being seen for a possible ingrown toenail and when the doctor began touching the toe my son became agitated. My son did not pose any direct harm towards himself or the doctor and no authorities were contacted. Pretty much the doctor didn't want to deal with my sons disposition and refused any further care."

"Doctors are great. Staff, not always so polite and respectful. Specially when the insurance drops the provider you kids have seen their entire life and they are rude and not explaining the problem to you about not being able to schedule an appointment when your child is in need of medical attention."

"My kids have been coming here since they were born and we absolutely love them. The doctors are great and the nurses are super nice. We usually get seen in the Keedysville Office and see Dr. Pam and Dr. Van. They’re both great and my kids love them."

"I would rate no stars if possible, The staff In Hagerstown’s are not helpful! what so ever! I relocated to Virginia and wanted last physical & shot records sent for my 2 sons. I was prepared to wait but one of the representatives said I might as well request the whole record because my kids had under maybe five visits here. She also mentioned. I could get the record same day. I sent the request in, another lady in the office picked it up I called in hours later to check on the status because the lady I had spoke to before said it will only take minutes. The lady in the office informed me that it would take two weeks for the whole record. I then requested to get just the last visit (physical). Explain to her why I requested the whole record in the first place. she then proceeded to say that would take two weeks too. & was very rude after I explained to her what is going on my end. Not only that she asked me several times what did I want, when she had already said she received my fax that I sent. She asked me my name several times and the whole request was hand written in the fax I sent to the office. After thinking long and hard. Why would they treat me the way they were. I read on the site that they have an actual portal that I can go in and pull medical record myself!!! None of the staff mention this tool to me nor did they try to assist any further. Do not bring your children here stay away"
