"They are life savers. I recommend them 100%. Will continue using them. They are not just vets but also animal lovers, which makes them perfect for your pets needs. They are not trying to get rich like other places. They only charge what they need to charge and nothing more."
"Dr Kaitlyn is amazing. Our Fluffy Girl was very sick and had struggled for two years with a hyper thyroid. We had many appointments with Dr Kaitlyn and her compassion and advice made the situation that much easier for us to deal with. Its refreshing to find a vet that has so much love for pets. We cant thank her enough for all she has done for us."
"I took my 5 month old puppy for a 2nd flu shot, my regular vet didn’t have any in stock when we needed them. We walked in, the first thing I told the vet tech was that my puppy is extra nervous today, we were just at the vet(pvsec) Monday have my older dog put to sleep. My puppy got her shot and nails trimmed, she was clearly nervous I had to get her to walk through the back doors. I heard her in the back room crying. She can be dramatic but then he came back in to tell me to play with her feet more so she’s more cooperative next time, I understand and am open to direction and suggestions it’s not my first dog. My groomer, trainer, and regular vet hosp have never complained about how she acted during a visit. She’s clearly having a hard time from losing her best friend two days ago. I was just hoping for a bit more empathy and patience with her, she’s had a very confusing week and a half. I left almost 4 years ago due to a misdiagnosed acl tear on my dog I just lost. I don’t think I will be returning."
"I took my beloved senior chi here because I appreciated the walk-in hours. At first, everything was good. As my pup got worse, my concerns were brushed off week after week and he continued to decline. He was in severe mental distress and I mentioned euthanizing him because I could not see him suffer any longer, both physically and mentally. He had accidents 4+ times a day which had never happened before and was terrified of my partner and I. He had broken his toes from jumping behind the couch and hiding from us. They wanted me to get him surgery but he was in no state to recover from that and I knew he would only worsen. I thought he had doggy dementia but I was shut down. I was advised to run tests, get the surgery for his toes, and put him under general anesthesia to get his teeth cleaned when he was on the verge of dying. I felt guilty and pressured into something I knew was not right for my pup. He passed away a week after his dental cleaning that they insisted he needed. I hate to think that his last months on earth he suffered and had to be on crate rest because of his foot plus all kinds of medicine because they kept telling me he would get better if I did x, y, and z. He needed to go peacefully and they made me feel crazy every time I brought it up. Please do not bring your animals here."
"I had an impressive experience at North Boros Vet for my first time. I was recommended by a trusted friend, and wow, I couldnt be happier with the whole operation! My pup got bit by another dog, and she was fixed up in a timely and effective manor. I dealt with extremely kind front of the house ladies, Pam and Leslie. Dr. Todd Blauvelt gave me options and recommendations as to what procedure I should consider. He was extremely professional with how he presented it, which made me feel even more comfortable with the decision I made. My pup got stitched up, and, Evan thoroughly instructed me on the care and medications I need to provide while she recovers. I realize that every story doesn't end with a happy ending. I can tell you, however, this operation does its very best to try and make sure it does. Well done North Boros Vet team----THANK YOU!"
