"My provider left this practice because they were SO DISORGANIZED. She tried to transition patients to ensure they knew what was happening but they REFUSED to let her. Their treatment of her and her patients shows they absolutely DO NOT practice what they preach. I'm sure many of their providers are great but this practice overall is terrible and I hope all of their providers find better places to work. I am truly shocked and disgusted at their response to her leaving and highly recommend that everyone stay away."

"I was struggling tremendously before a coworker recommended making an appointment with Brian. 5 years later, I'm doing better than I thought possible and can't say enough good things about this place. It truly saved my life. A few years after working with Brian, he recommended trying Dr. Tom for therapy. 2 years later, I can't speak highly enough about my experience. The front desk has never been anything but welcoming, accommodating, and kind. I highly recommend them."

"My experience at ccs was very unprofessional.I called to verify my appointment for Thursday on the Friday prior to my appointment. I was told my psychiatrist no longer works here. I was distraught and surprised by this news. The receptionist hung up on me abruptly. I was never notified about her leaving.Then I started getting texts and emails after my call. My first text was on Friday 3 minutes before the office closed. Sunday I received a text that I did have an appointment that upcoming Thursday then I received another text saying my psychiatrist no longer works at the practice. In addition to my multiple texts I received 3 emails one confirming my appointment on the Thursday after I had called, second reminding me of my appointment , third asking for my feedback on my alleged appointment with a doctor that no longer works at this practice"

"Save yourself the stress and run far away! Do not use this place, the front office is so unorganized, rude and clueless! When you do get them to not hang up on you they over talk each other while trying to schedule and they struggle to do a simple task such as scheduling you with a provider who is actually available! No need for a lot of details just read every other negative review, my experience was the same, horrible! I feel for the patients that rely on this practice for their mental health needs."

"I really don’t like leaving negative reviews- but there’s a lot that doesn’t feel right. As a mental health provider myself it is especially disappointing. To begin with, more frequent than not appointments start late. Today, I was given a link 29 minutes after my appointment time. Efforts to contact the practice are not successful- either no one answers, the voicemail is full- calls are not returned. I’ve been told to schedule follow up appointments for 2 months later and that refills would be called in inbetween but they are not, leaving me to have to contact the office. Websites down so you can’t reach out that way. Overall, very, very poorly run."
