Sexual assault, letting people die, refusing to call ambulance when necessary, admitting addicts while refusing to pair them with a rehab so they have no chance of recovery, Violating HIPPA by forcing residents to have therapy sessions in front of other residents and non-therapist staff, forcing completely disabled people to walk down stairs with no aids except other residents, withholding meds during stay against what is medically prescribed, promising aftercare while providing none, and placing people in unfinished, abandoned Baltimore buildings are things you will be liable for. This is truly the worst of the worst, and a long-term psychiatric stay/waiting for rehab placement inside a legitimate institution will be better for anyone in need, regardless of circumstance."

"Didn’t get to speak with Tony until the day before leaving and he’s responsible for where you go. I was told by his assistant what his plans were even though he was present and ignored my pleas to chat about treatment. Didn’t discuss anything besides “will you stay x more days?” I didn’t. Turned out they didn’t fill my paperwork 100%. Didn’t see the doctor until last few days. 4 hour wait. Was helpful though. Some RAs were unprofessional in terms of communicating and blasting inappropriate music. Eat. Smoke. Clean. Watch tv. Sleep."

"The place is poorly run by staff very lazy with no communication skills . Clinical director toney allows his mood swings and additude to dictate what services you may need . He uses where he places a person as forms of punishment also often makes descions for clients with out thier knowledge or imput"
