She was rude, crude, and ignorant and insulted me and my partner and told us we can leave if we didn't like her or the facility; he finally told her off that we are there for the cat and not her bull****! Her aid said she was mad because she had to work the walk-in service after 6 pm. Hey, don't like your job, find another. You're definitely in the wrong career. PS, your diagnosis was wrong as well. You aren't very popular at some animal clinics we frequented afterwards."
