"The pharmacist who gave me my flu shot was cold and confusing. When he called me back, I couldn't figure out how to open the door, and he didn't try to help me at all. When I eventually opened it, he didn't say one word to me, gave me the shot, and told me to wait 15 minutes. My arm was bleeding, but he didn't even offer to put a bandaid. I had to ask for one, and he huffed and puffed like it was the biggest deal in the world. Then I asked him to confirm if he did in fact give me the flu shot because I had never had to wait 15 minutes after a flu shot before, and I feel like I never got a straight answer."
