"If I could, this would be (0) ZERO stars. In the end very unprofessional, took class based on recommendation from family. First, I had additional questions regarding type of license(S) MDSP expected to investigate and process of completion. Instructor (Goodspeed) became belligerent, communication very low standard; including, text messages. Refusing to make assumptions OR lower my standards I stick to purpose of communication, his language remained on a ghetto level. His lack of understanding to straight forward questions, caused me to reword, hoping he would better understand question. Unfortunately, this took him to an additional low. In his text messages he states, "...I'm refunding your money and family's..." Secondly, two months later, I had not received full refund, reached out to him again. His words continued to show extreme ignorance, low standards and again, ghetto undertones; then, he texted, "...I'm not gonna go back and forth over $$$...Have a great life...Don't ever contact me again." Finally, he refunded the money!! This class is typical textbook with other instructors, his low cost, a reflection of his low standards, lack of professionalism and behavior toward students. I don't recommend this instructor OR their class. I will pay more for higher standards, knowledgeable, reputable and professional instructors who aspire their student's to success. RESPONSE to Owner/Instructor: Your unprofessional/harassing discussions/texts with my family member, was unrelated to my separate applications and participation. You (Owner/Instructor) made the choice to text me and pull me into your (Owner/Instructor) unprofessional/harassing discussions/texts with my family, then you (Owner/Instructor) initiated OUR refund(S), not us. In class, you complimented and engaged me on questions I asked as a FULLY PAID participant. You said, "...great questions...thanks for your input..." I am 20+ years self-employed, a review is not harassment. A REVIEW is an opportunity for improvement. I suffered and dealt with losses due to your (Owner/Instructor) actions."
