"AVOID them at all costs... go to Trainworld, midwestrailroad, or directly the manufacturers websites instead as they can handle large volumes and still meet customer expectations. MB Klein aka Modeltrainstuff has Very poor customer service and efficacy in business operations/logistics compared to all other train hobby shops around the country. I have placed orders in 4 different p laces around the same time and everyones order is at my home delivered when these guys didnt even ship and kept making false promises. I placed an order on December 1st. After following up with them for 4 days and 6 emails, they kept promising that they would dispatch my order by December 7th On december 7th, they ensured they would dispatch it by end of the day, but as of December 9th that did not happen. What the hell is wrong with you guys? Why would you lie to a cusromer and xharge him 9 days back when you cannot fulfil it? This is unacceptable especially that i explained this was part of a gift that i needed badly a week before christmas. UPDATE as on Dec 11th: if you see the owner promised that my delivery will go out on Monday. That did not happen My order#1764795. To the owner: would you take responsibility and commitment to ship it overnight at no charge to me? Again as i said pathetic customer service, false peomises and not meeting them. Other model train shops are years ahead of you."

"ONLINE ONLY Drove over 30 minutes only to discover they have no store.. online and curbside pickup only. Would be really helpful if that was listed. We were not the only potential patrons that pulled up and were turned away."
