"Phone system is now fixed so I can give 4 stars. My daughter is a patient with a therapist who is at the Timonium office and has nothing but good feedback. And my daughter won't just talk to anyone. It's been a hard time finding someone she will talk to. I will say prior to this month the phone issues were horrendous. So those reviews with ppl mentioning phone issues are accurate. If something should change I'll update my review."

"Edit: I was contacted by Sheppard Pratt who profusely apologized for the interaction I had and rectified the situation. I just had the most shocking interaction on the phone with whoever is responsible for making phone calls. I called asking about a program I later found out was not offered at this location and the woman's responses were rude, curt and so apathetic towards me. I cannot believe someone would speak so poorly to someone seeking mental health treatment."

"Since being overtaken by Shepard Pratt, once again they have hit rock bottom. I am a residential client with mental health issues. This review is about administration @ Timonium and not the counselors. This location is incapable of answering phones. They are incapable of returning calls in a timely manner. They are incapable of returning your call at all. You will eventually get a live operator who will claim they are at a different location and can only transfer you. You will get more voicemail. But they wont return your call ever! They do not care about clients. DO NOT SIGN up for there services, as they are incompetent to provide basic phone skills...how can you expect them to take care of more important things? Awful, incompetent, administrative staff. They are clueless and when you are a mental health client, there refusal to answer a darn phone can send one over the edge!!!"

"You either get someone inexperienced making erroneous assumptions with knee-jerk reactions, or someone that's just going through the motions that calls (this is during the corona virus pandemic) 10 to 15 minutes late and is trying to jump off the phone after 10 to 15 minutes of conversation. Makes me feel like they don't really care. I'd like to get into more details; however, considering the public forum, I will leave it at that. Let's put it this way- it was bad enough that I'm putting myself out there and writing this negative review. Be warned and strongly consider going somewhere else for help and services."

"I brought my daughter to this practice one time. She did not like the therapist. My daughter said she felt judged. When you walk into the practice, there’s no receptionist. You check in on a computer. I entered my daughters insurance information. (Which I don’t mind). The therapist told us she accepted my daughters insurance. Months later I received a $200 bill for services. Since there is no reception, nobody answers the phone. I have to leave a message. They call me back the next day while I’m working. This went on for servers months. After several calls, I was told the therapist does not accept her insurance. The practice will not accept any responsibility for the “oversight”. Luckily my daughter did not want to see the therapist again. My bill could’ve been thousands of dollars. I will never go here again. Close the doors forever. You suck!"
