"First off, I’m not a patient with Potomac physicians. But I was unaware that they had merged with my daughters pediatric facility. I called on 8/21/21 around 4:30pm to get advice from a medical professional on how I could help my 1yr old daughter who was not feeling well. Instead, I received an unwelcoming, extremely rude, condescending and not helpful nurse practitioner named Jane Rosen. I have NEVER be spoken to like that by any medical professional. Jane Rosen said “ I don’t understand why you would call on a Saturday at 5pm to ask this question, you should have called during the weekday, I just don’t get why people do this” and proceeded to go on and on in a very condescending and belittling tone. As a medical professional your supposed to be caring, helpful, understanding and willing to help because THATS YOUR JOB! Not be upset because your working on the weekend. And to add she answered the phone with a rude “hello” not a warm greeting saying her title, and asking what she can help me with, instead she answered the phone as if we called her house. Along with this review I will be reporting Jane Rosen, because that was absolutely uncalled for and absurd."

"I have been seeing NP Rosen for a good amount of years now. She started out really nice and compassionate but my last few visits she was rude and verbally short. The office staff is rude and always rushing off the phone. I arrived for my appointment and the receptionist suggested that I leave my 10 year old daughter outside of the doctors office near the elevators because she was not allowed in the office. No one informed me that children were no longer allowed in the office, not even in the waiting area! This is bad business for sure!"

"Dr. Raucher has been my physician for 20 years. I drive from the upper east side of Harford county to see him in Owings Mills (I’ve followed him from Lutherville, to Hunt Valley to the current location). That should speak volumes about him as a doctor and a person, as well as the nursing and office staff. Frankly, he is the only one I trust with my many health care needs. If you want *true* personal care with a professional that takes the time to get to know the patient to help them understand the health care needs they have, and who doesn’t treat you like cattle, this is the doctor you want."

"Jane Rosen is probably the worst person I've been to for medical issues. She doesn't have the credentials of a Dr. So dont call her Dr.!! She doesn't even deserve to be a P.A. in my opinion. She has no bedside manner, talks down to her patients, and I didnt hear from her assistant until more than a week after I saw her. I got a message from my pharmacy before I got a call from them! I'm glad I wasnt dying!"

"Dr. Jane Rosen office use to be a place where I enjoyed going to. But every since they started bringing the new nurses there, everything in that office has been running sloppy. All the nurses take lunch breaks at the same time,leaving no one at the front desk to answer phone calls nor take messages. When I leave messages with the nurses to give to Dr. Jane Rosen, Dr. Jane Rosen never receives them.When I go to cancel some of my appointments, I'm always receiving call backs saying that I've missed my appointments. If you want a good primary care doctor, please go some where else."
