"They sent me to collections for a bill that I paid and they confirmed that I paid. If you have to choose this place or getting every disease possible, choose every disease. Complete incompetence Day of procedure was good. Doctor follow up needs improvement. It's hard to have an update for your follow up when the doctor didn't do their part"

"This medical office is really well run! My appointment was for 1pm. I arrived at 12:50. I was checked in and all my forms signed by 12:55. I barely had time to sit down in the waiting area and pull out my phone to turn off the ringer when my name was called. The consultation visit was over and I was in my car driving home by 1:23. Everyone was kind and professional."

"Loved my doctor which I have had for years now but the office itself is terrible. And now I have been vomiting for over a month and they wouldn't even schedule me until a month out and then they called to cancel and push it back another month. This office does not care and now I have to search for a new GI doctor. It's just a shame to lose a doctor i actually like because the office can't get it to together."

"I have to come here every 8 weeks for infusions. The nurse who does them is lovely, but is only able to practice when a physician is in house. Despite scheduling with a calendar of physician time-off published months in advance I still end up having to reschedule my infusion EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. because a doctor will no longer be in. Infusions aren't one of those things that you can put off. When I end up having to be late, I'm in pain. If this was a one time occurrence I could live with that, but every time is unacceptable. I'll be putting in a referral with my PCM to find another gastroenterologist and place to get my infusions."

"Dr. Moussaide is fantastic! She is extremely thorough and listens to all of your concerns. She also has a great bed side manner. I will say that the rest of the office though is extremely disorganized. There seems to be communication issues. It’s not very convenient to have to call a patient more than 3 time a day because you haven’t called with all the information or have to get charged a copay twice in one day because your lab orders are missing a test that was pre scheduled. I hope they can improve though because I had a great experience with my doctor. Thank you so much Dr. Moussaide. I will continue to recommend her!"
