"My 6th and 7th grade sons visited Klebanow last week. Even though My 7th grade son had his 11th year vaccines (Tdap and MVC4-meningococcal)at school last year, He received those vaccines again. I was not there and my wife called me, I talked to my son on the phone to make sure he received last year.Doctor did not ask my son whether he had any vaccine at school to try to make sure about that. So, my son received the same vaccines twice. On the other hand, my younger son feinted after receiving the vaccines, fell from the bed and hit his head to the floor."

"Both of my boys see Dr. Wollney and we’re incredibly satisfied with his expertise and professionalism. He’s one of the more senior doctors but the younger docs are great as well. If they’re ever unsure about anything, they always double check with another practitioner and get back to you quickly. Highly recommend this practice for your little ones."

"I went to this practice as a child and with all of their accolades I decided to bring my child here. Big mistake. Since he was born, he suffered with horrible sleep and seemed to get very sick more than other children I knew (I worked with young kids before and after his birth). Every appointment when he was a baby we were bounced around to all different providers here. I kept telling them that he wasn't sleeping and finally decided on my own that he must have GERD. I made a GI appointment myself and told them. Suddenly, one of the providers decided to give him zantac. And voila, it helped, because he had GERD. He also had a milk allergy that they missed. He continued to go through periods of extreme sleep issues and no one listened when I kept bringing it up. Again, I had to go out and make a sleep clinic appointment on my own. The sleep clinic only met virtually and never examined him in person or ordered a sleep study, they decided that it was behavioral. We moved two years ago and in the past year, I found out that my son has a serious autoimmune disorder and obstructive sleep apnea. If you want to be told that everything is normal and everything is a virus and dismissed as a first time parent who knows that all of what is happening is not normal, then try here. I am so angry that my almost 7 year old has had to suffer throughout his entire life, because so much was missed. I am an educated person who works in healthcare, it scares me to think what it would be like for a parent who has a hard time advocating or isn't as familiar with the healthcare system when it was this impossible for my family. I shouldn't have to solve all of my child's medical concerns. So disappointed."

"My family has been using Klebanow and Assoc for about 2 years. I have always had a wonderful experience with Dr. Chatterjee and have recommended her to many friends. Recently we started taking our new baby and have gotten to see Mrs Bird and Mrs Thistle. Everyone I have encountered in the office has always been very helpful and kind. It is especially nice that the office is open every day and can get my children in immediately if needed."

"We truly liked Dr. Alexander and the front office staff. They were always very pleasant to talk to and go out of their way to be helpful. However, since the kids have aged out, we have had a terrible time having their records transferred over to their new doctor and Rose, their records person, is a very unpleasant, rude person who interrupts, talks over you, and doesn't listen to your questions. She is extremely abrupt. It's one of the most unpleasant customer service experiences to ever have to deal with her."
