On October 9th, I drove the 3 miles to make a walk-in appointment and a tiny little sign referring to the August 1st move. If you call the number they will lead you believe that you can walk in right here in Glen Burnie during normal business hours. If you drive it's an inconvenience. If you take a cab or Uber, you have spent money and wasted time in your life. You have been warned. If you use Sheppard-Pratt you deserve anything that comes at you."

"Omni house had the audacity to call me and asked if I would be willing to come back. I told them NO and not to contact me again. Omni House allows their staff to disrespect all of their clients I highly recommend you to go anywhere DO NOT GO OMNI HOUSE BEGGING FOR CLIENTS TO ABUSE"

"On November 24th 2021 I arrived mask for my appointment at Omni house at 10:50 a.m. The front desk person Madison no mask the window open, client comes in coughing no mask, staff member comes out to get a client no mask  again so I got up and went to the desk and ask Madison about the covid policy she pointed at a sign that required everyone wear a mask. She appeared to become angry and then she sarcastically yelled across the room that she had been fully vaccinated I told her I have been vaccinated to but no one has the right to put me at risk for covid-19 why post a sign that requires everyone wear mask and then refuse to enforce it. Madison went in the back and I am only assuming that she spoke to Francine Kamhou about the situation and when I spoke to Francine she was rude based on the information that she received from Madison Francine kept cutting me off and did not allow me to speak she did threaten me and told me that I would have to leave the program I got up and I left and I didn't say anything to anybody because I felt  that I was being mistreated simply because I questioned a wrong and I'm labeled mentally ill and have no basic right to even ask a question per this agency. This agency on one occasion just schedule an appointment for me without even calling me and seeing if I was available or anything they just took it upon themselves to make an appointment and then threaten me and try to force me to come to that appointment that lady's name was Deborah I think this agency wanted to take away my basic human rights and because I'm mentally ill they figured they could do it without any consequences for this behavior. This agency along with many others do not  cares about the needs of mentally ill until they go postal. Please dont go to this agency where they put the needs of clients last. Mentally ill people trying to file a complaint are manipulated with words to try and discourage you and make u think u are wrong.  You are never wrong for ask questions and take an active role in your mental health treatment. OMNI HOUSE YOU ARE WRONG."

"Dr Miranda is the best. Mental Health Dr i every had he cares about his patience and the wait is never long and everyone is loving and cares for you no one treat you like you have a problem they have such a loving place i wouldn't trade my doctor for nobody else i known i had by far the best Dr and i know iam in good hands ."
