"Pull up to the pharmacy Rite Aid drive through pick up with one truck in font of me when the truck pulled way I pulled up to the window and the lady put a sign up saying closed for lunch back in 30 minutes. I drove 25 miles got in line only for them to close when it was my turn after waiting in line. So I had to sit 30 minutes waiting because they had to close the whole pharmacy down for lunch Not convenient at all, so I decided to use another pharmacy, and that will solve that problem. P.s. There are plenty of other pharmacies that do not close down for lunch."

"Walked in for a vaccine without an appointment after a terrible experience at Walgreens and was met with a friendly and informed staff! They got me in quickly and my wait was minimal. I will now use this pharmacy as my primary location! Thank you for making customers a priority!"

"This Pharmacy use to be very nice and convenient but in the past few months has gone down hill horribly. Every time I use the drive thru & I mean Every time time im told there is nothing for me under my name. After a ten minute discussion magically it appears out of no where or when your told about 15 to 20 mintues and your prescription will be ready and you come back two hours later and its still not done. There are still a few good workers here that make things better but there's more bad encounters than good. I will be swapping Pharmacys as soon as possible."

"Don't bother to make an appointment for a vaccine here because your appointment time doesn't even matter. I had made an appointment 2 days ago and still was told there was 5 people ahead of me at my scheduled time. I waited for over a half hour and was told it would still be another 15 minutes. I understand there are walk ins but people who have scheduled an appointment should still get their slot and not be pushed back by walk ins."
