"I asked for gel fill and asked twice if she understood. She told me she knew and still proceeded to use acrylic. I pointed the difference out on the price list and she said it was the same thing. If that was the case there wouldnt be two separate titles and prices for acrylic fill vs gel fill. The design i was charged for is horrible and 3 hours later the polish still feels tacky."

"I was next for a pedicure and was taken to the chair. The chair was broken and the water was almost about to spill out while filling the tub if I didn’t catch someone’s attention. As soon as my turn should have started a woman stated she wanted her daughters feet done too. So now that women took prevalence over me. I was asked to wait & so I did. For over 45 mins in cold water while the woman did the daughters pedicure and then to my surprise she wanted nails too. It was at that point I feel that need to speak up but didn’t. So I waited for that. I finally see another worker who was about to take care of the next customer and expressed my concern. I was told to not be mad and she’s almost done. I said the water was cold and she acted surprised as if water doesn’t go cold after sitting for 45 mins. I won’t be back."

"I never write reviews but I feel like I have to. I came in for a fill with pink and white and you’d think they’d fill the pink. No he used clear and when I said it looks terrible after he did two nails he said to get it removed next time which makes no sense they can’t file half my nail off next time I’ll be forced to get a full set next time or a polish over like I had to today. I’ve only had one fill on the pink and white set they weren’t old nails as I get a new set every 3 fills. All my nails are now different lengths, some are crooked, polish and acrylic was all over my cuticles, the design looks messy, and I still paid $60. I do not care about the price at all it’s the service that’s the problem. If I’m paying salon prices for a fill my nails should look like salon work. The shop was clean and nice though."

"My mom and I have been going here for 10+ years and never had any issues with acrylics, gel, pedicures, etc! The prices are fair and the employees are so kind and always talkative and friendly. Great place for kids too. The whole staff has been there for many years and treat their customers amazing! If there is ever a mistake or you accidentally nick your nail they always fix with no complaints or attitude."
