"Olivia saved the day! I had a hair appointment at a different salon. When I arrived this am, they were closed! Upset and still wanting to get my hair done. I called the salon and explained what had happened. They said Olivia could take me. I showed up, was so sweetly welcomed by many of the staff. Showed Olivia what I wanted and she gave me exactly that! She was absolutely amazing. I guess it worked out exactly as it should have. I will always see Olivia now.
