"Posting not as a patient but as someone who was required to reach out to this facility to obtain documentation on behalf of a client. I am working professional in the legal field specifically disability. In my experience I have yet to come across anyone as unprofessional and blatantly dishonest as the staff at this facility. Not only did it take months to obtain two pages of a single office visit. Each time I would call I would be transferred to an individual whose name is Crystal. Last instance we spoke was on 5/15/2023. She cut me off multiple times during the conversation, she joked to her coworker that she should have kept the call instead of transferring, she also kept repeating "so what do even want" and insisting that she did not know. The consistent failings made by this practice has delayed the claim. I am posting this in the hope that this is will reach someone in the Mary Washington Healthcare Network who is able to take action to correct certain standard operating procedures. Or if you a law firm/business that has an active request from this provider to speak with a supervisor or Corporate directly."

"Thanks to a mistake in the NPI number I got charged as "Out of Network" for lab work. Between "Lab Corp", my insurance, and this provider, no one could apparently fix the problem. I ended up paying $318.00 when the bill went past due, and should have been less than half or more of that amount. I will NOT be returning to any Mary Washington Care facilities. Poorly run. Poorly managed. Stay away."

He reminds me of the portrayal of an old-fashioned country doctor, who actually talks with his patients and really listens to them, while at the same time being really up on latest medical literature and very well-rounded. His staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!"

"Never had a problem with is place been going here for 16 yrs. The office staff Franny & Ginger are wonderful. I've seen every Dr here & Nurse practitioner Carrie whom I really like a lot. If they can get me in that day they really try. I LOVE this office"
