"Horrible. This doctor takes advantage of people in moments of weakness. Charges $225 to get medicine that is over the counter medicine. Medicine is $1 a pill anywhere around. Unfortunately. Places were closed and it was late. I understand supply and demand but to be a natural vet and claim to care about animals, they aren’t and don’t. They care about over charging in moments of need to make money. If you are in need of a vet take them to Twitchels in McKean. Solid vet and great staff that care!"

"I absolutely love the staff at Natural Animal. They have taken care of my Oreo with care and compassion like no other vet I have ever taken my animals to. Doc is so gentle and kind and you don't find many vets like him that explain everything so thoughtfully. His love of animals is very evident. What an amazing staff. Thank you!"

"**if you don't want to read my lengthy review here is the one liner: "This vet clinic is kinda old school, but my pet received the same level of care that he's gotten at any modern clinic we've been to." My parents have been taking their pets to this clinic for over a decade and rave about the Vet himself and the staff there. I recently moved back to the area and my dog was due for some of his 3-yr vaccines. So, I figured I would try this place out. I'm used to taking him to a more modern (and more expensive) veterinary clinic for his healthcare, and medications, so I think I can compare this vet with a more modern clinic. I will say I was slightly put off by their record keeping, it's old school filing cabinets with your dogs information and records updated on your pets individual note card and put in the cabinets. I'm sure it works fine, just not something you're used to seeing nowadays. Still giving this place 5 stars. They got me in a couple days after I called to see if they were accepting new patients. The staff was friendly and seemed genuinely interested/invested in my dogs health even though he was there for just a couple shots. I believe this clinic might get more clients and be more efficient if they were to catch up with the times a bit and have digital records to back up their hard copies as well as incorporating other technologies that up-to-date clinics (that I've been to) have to make things easier for the pets owners (like an app for the clinic with your pet having its own profile with all it's health info in there)."
