"Dr Posthumus is an excellent doctor, wish more were like him. His staff are just as outstanding."
"After scheduling appointments to transfer from the incompetent Burke office (which were made over 30 days ago) I get a call from the staff telling me my kids can’t be seen for the appointments they suggested that are schedule today. This whole Allergy Partners operation is thumbs down. I am currently looking for another allergy practice to service us. I don’t care how good the doctor is, if the support staff is bad… I cant support the operation. I have another issue about policy changes to charge us more money, but that issue will be forwarded to the State Attorney General’s office. This has been the most frustrating 60 days dealing with Allergy Partners. Never again!"
"Allergy Partners helped me through my third attempt at getting to maintenance on allergy shots. I do wish they had more days with late hours to accommodate people who work full time, but otherwise the staff and nurses are great. Very friendly and efficient. I never have to wait long for my shot and if you get there early, they try to accommodate you."
"Dr. Mozena and his staff were great. Efficient but very thorough and comprehensive. Very nice people. They also have a great automated system that allows you to do things electronically so when I arrived I didn't even have to take out my wallet let alone fill out paperwork since it was all collected prior to my appointment thru their website. After my appointment, I got my patient login so I could keep track of my results. Overall, a great office experience."
"I would give them no stars if I could. Dr. Posthumus is great, but the staff at the Fredericksburg office is one of the most unprofessional people I've ever had to deal with. As a veteran whom the VA refers out for care, all billing should be sent to the VA and not the Veteran. In fact Veterans don't ever get a bill from anyone. After several calls with the staff at this office, with them stating they have a process to bill the VA and they've called the VA but is always put on hold for long periods of time, they asked me to provide my SSN over the phone (no one gives their SSN over the phone - not even to the VA) so they can bill accordingly. I refused as I knew what they were trying to do - since they couldn't get the VA on the line, they wanted to bill me directly to get their money. They kept calling and I kept refusing and told them since they have an established billing process with the VA they should follow that process and not get me involved in an already established process. Well the person I spoke to laughed at my response. I ended the call by asking them not to contact me again about a billing issue that I could not resolve. Well, a few days later, I received an invoice for over $2,000 in my email. The nerve of these people. How unprofessional. Too lazy to follow the process - which they reminded me that they serve Veterans all the time and they have a billing process they follow with the VA. I replied to the email, noting that I won't be paying this bill as it is not my responsibility and they need to contact the VA. They're not going to intimidate, scare or bully me into paying anything! Veterans, beware of Allergy Partners!"
