"I started working at Shoppers World in the Largo area since November 2018, it was a wonderful place to be at. Then they transferred me to the Greenbelt location where it started out pretty good with my wonderful manager (Ms. Charlene). A few months after the head manager, the DM(MARK) brought this young woman to be the store manager and there were it went down hill. She was disrespectful, dirty. Started treating the staff very badly and the customers also. Even though I continue to work there despite the hash treatments i was getting. Lately they started changing managers and it even got worse. Staff was asked to walk after customers who weren't looked like they don't have money. Climb unsafe ladders to dress the maniqins, have to finish ten things within a certain time. They started underpaid me even though I worked really hard. Reasons for leaving i was underpaid ,one of the manager curse me out for no reason and workers don't work as a team. I decided to leave Shoppers World in 2022 for a better job at Roses. Thank God I got out. No good."

"Rude staff poor customers service. I came in this morning there was a man with a red shirt standing behind the register watching an older lady help customers. My family member asked if he was open he said no . he was literally standing there not helping anyone. We went to the older woman’s line . The man immediately took the next customers and smiled to assist a (woman of a certain color )and When I told the older lady what took place she said maybe he didn’t want a long line . Then she laughed and said fester they said you didn’t help them while still laughing. I asked her to repeat his name and she said before I could ask that HE was the manager. It was around 10:30 on 3-17-23 . I have photos as well. Godwilling I won’t be returning to this location."
