"Recently had two of my kittens neutered here, and while the surgery seemed to have gone well, we were never "offered" cones. We take our kittens home without a single mention of cones, and the second they got out of their carriers they started licking at their open wound. I had to drive back, leaving my kittens to their devices, to PURCHASE two flimsy plastic cones for 36 dollars. I inquired to as how my kittens lasted from 10:30 (when i was told the surgery was finished) to 3:30 without a cone. They said "techs were watching them." I stated how the wound had already looked irritated and was met with no response."

When the decision was made to help my kitty who had been with me for over 16 years cross the rainbow bridge, everyone helped Bambi cross peacefully without any pain, and everyone was very gentle with him. If you have any hesitation about where to go for the best vet care in the region there is only one place to go And that’s Erie Animal Hospital. If I could give Dr. Ulrich and the staff 1000 stars I would. Thank you for everything you did for us yesterday and I know Bambi thanks you as well"
