"My son went to Head Start here at Fleming after switching from the Merritt location in 2016/2017. Best decision ever made. The teachers were great! Ms. Cynthia and Mr. Thomas were awesome teachers and true gems! All the staff were friendly and professional. There were minor logistic issues with the transportation, but it was resolved and parents were always kept up to date on any issues or matters at hand."

"If I could I would give NO STARS to this CRAPPY, UNORGANIZED organization. I signed my 3 year old son up months ago for this year's prek 3 program. He was enrolled and accepted. At the time he was accepted I was told he was approved for transportation for headstarts bus to pick him up at my home and drop him back off. Well I had attended the 5 and half hour drawn out orientation. His teachers came out to my home the Friday before the Monday he would start to finish paperwork (neither were very professional didnt even say hello to my son who would be in their class half day. The one teacher stated she would actually be on the bus with him in the morning, and I would be receiving a phone call the next day for his pick up time. Well i got the phone call and then was told he would not be able to be picked up by their bus with no explanation. I went as far as calling the director of their transportation left several messages, till this day I still haven't received a return phone call ! I am so disappointed with this organization, never wasted so much time in my life. Let alone they let my son down who doesn't even understand. I wouldn't waste your time with this circus. They claim the teachers have degrees (that they may) but the ones who came to my home were not only unprofessional but rude. I feel cus my son is white which is horrible to feel that way but honestly I do the way I was rubbed off. Place needs new people running it who communicate better and don't make false promises to families !"
