"It was my second time at this place. First time I had a woman and it felt like she was giving me a favor by doing my nails, but whatever. She did an ok job. Second time was even worse. I had a man taking care of me and he finished my toes within 30 min, working super fast for no reason, before getting to my nails he went outside and smoked… I’m pregnant and did not like that at all. Then he sprayed the tool and I didn’t give it too much attention until he cut me pretty badly… again, being pregnant and then questioning his tools if they were sanitized properly made me nervous. He kept working super fast and was done within 20 min ….no one else was after me! It didn’t make sense at all. Anyway, I kept bleeding and he didn’t even sanitized my cut, instead was starting to stop the bleeding by applying some nail products. So, I had to ask to sanitize it. Also, I would’ve done a better job painting my nails….Anyway, horrible experience, I’ll never come back."

"Nails aren’t completely covered and not remotely the color I asked for. I picked a dip by mistake at first and was assured the magenta red would be the correct color when a glitter topcoat was applied. It’s July 4 weekend and instead of a firecracker red, I have more of a maroon on my fingers. It was too late to say anything since it was already on both hands before the glitter went on and I was in a hurry. Sorely disappointed as my toes now don’t match. Was friendly enough but I won’t be so trusting about a color combo if I come back…"

"I walked in and they had no issues servicing me at first. I told them what I wanted and they stated that they don’t do that there (ombré dipping power). I completely understood and told them I can just go to a place where they can do it. The only issue is, the nail tech kept my phone to look at the photo reference i has shown him. He assured me he could do it and it won’t be a problem. It however, did not turn out right at all and I asked them to just remove it and leave my natural nail there. Eventually they did that. And although I do appreciate the attempt, I would have much rather gone to another Salon where I was able to get what I was looking for. My nails are very fragile and weak, and not all the color had been removed from them in the end. The salon itself also wasn’t the cleanest and there there were dead flying in some of the fan that they use to dry nails. Although they were nice, definitely don’t recommend coming here."

"didn’t trim cuticles, didn’t even cover my whole mail with gel, and trimmed my nails way too short. i literally had to get them removed immediately. not to mention my tech had filthy nails of his own. he then screamed at me because i said i was not paying for such a horrible job so remove them. save yourself the time and find somewhere else."
