"I dont think its a great for students who are getting harrassed/bullied. The counselors there don't go listen to those students. If you want students then let the counselors go on their side not the bullies side."

"I'm giving one star because previously I was in CMIT academy where the lowest grade is 6th and highest is 12th it's a high school and a middle school combined the teachers there are very nice they care about us a lot I don't know James Madison I'm going there this year as an 8th grader I have no idea why I would stay in this school for only one year I don't have anything against it but id rather stay In cmit if you're looking to move to laurel check out CMIT it has a wide variety of clubs and it's a Math and IT school so it specializes in Coding the primary middle school colors are a royal navy blue and a bright orange the primary for Highschool is purple and gold some classes have to be outside in portables the two primary languages in the school are Turkish and Spanish we have half lockers but back to why I gave it one star to put it simply...I did it so I could voice my opinion"

"I love the school, however I think we should take more pride in our children image in the sports department. My child played softball in a basketball uniform in 53 degree weather. Every school they played had proper softball uniforms. It's an interesting subject that needs to be addressed. Our students deserve the best so I would like some feedback. It's an embarrassing visual to me as a parent and to our children...the education is top notch for the most part so should the appearance and representation of our children in all aspects. Thanks to all the teachers who showed support by being at games."
