"They have very informative, hands-on, classes on different styles of pizza making. Starting from basics of the "chemistry" of the dough making process, all the way up to making pizza. You will learn the fundamentals of the entire process, so you can take that craft home and tailor your end product to suit your customer base wherever you are operating. The instructors are patient and seasoned members in the pizza industry who know their craft well and are not afraid to teach it. This is not a presentation style class, you will actually make dough from scratch, all the way up to making your own pizzas. Very hands on. Highly recommended !!"
