"Very polite, but waited a little longer than I expected since I had an appointment. Kinda slow and long wait in the room. But, when I called to get prescription changed to a cheaper one, they were very helpful and quick sending in a new one."

"Went here 3 weeks ago. My diagnosis was a sore throat, which was my complaint and why I went there. No explanations were given. No medications prescribed. Called 2 days later to get antibiotics and was told I have to be seen again. Why would I do that, I was never helped the first time. It's 3 weeks later and I'm still sick. Thanks for nothing!!"

"Staff and medical professionals respond appropriately. The facility is clean and comfortable. Check-in for seniors and those who are not technically savvy is cumbersome and long. Some of the data is already in the system and should not need to be added again. It would be better if the check-in presented the completed data and only need for patients to change or correct the data. There is nothing "urgent" about urgent care. Wait time is too long, in the waiting room and in the exam room, even for those who have appointments. Why bother?!!"

"The doctor who took care of me, Dr. Michelle T. Day, was one of the extremely rare top of the line doctors who actually listen to their patients. This was the best experience I’ve had in over 20 years. The entire staff today was top of the line. I don’t know what else to say. Even though I had to go to the ER from the urgent care facility to have more tests run, God placed me with the best of the best between both facilities. I’m eternally grateful."
