"I came here for a while are saw some really great results with laser hair removal and some laser resurfacing. If I were rating the results only it would be an easy 5 stars. Deducted 1 star for customer service however because of multiple attempts by the nurse to engage in political conversations. Regardless of which end of the political spectrum you are on, if a customer is uncomfortable with political discourse please just drop it. I also run an extremely tight schedule and there were at least 3 times I showed up and had to wait for someone to arrive at the office. While I was compensated for the wait, it's not worth the risk of missing a meeting or a critical call for my job."
