"One of the worst organizations you can entrust with an adolescent with Mental Health issues. The staff as a whole are inept and ineffective providing services. They are under staffed and lack proper training. My daughter's mental health issues are far worse from her experience in the residential program than prior to her moving from my home. She's traumatized and her terrible experience is all she talks about daily."

"My daughter went here looking for help and the receptionist was so unprofessional. My daughter had never been there before and she had just got out of the hospital. The hospital had made her appointment so she didn't know she had a bunch of papers to fill out. Also she was unaware of her co pay. The receptionist told her to hurry up with her papers and told her she had to pay $35. today or she wasn't going to be seen. She asked if she could pay on Tuesday and she told her rudely NO. so my daughter had 2 dollars to her name and they took it. When she was finally seen they never have her an assessment paper they just looked at her and asked her " what do you want from us? Counseling, psychiatric help, meds?" my daughter told them I don't know your the doctors. Needless to say after all the rudeness she walked out. This place is no help to anyone, they only care about a paycheck. If anything happens to my daughter I will hold them liable."
