"I will spare all the details, but I just would not recommend anyone to go there. Sure Dr. Hector is a nice gentleman, Mrs. Stewart is OK. However 3 visits and nothing was done or what was done ; well it just fell out after brushing my teeth. This was in October of 2023, now as of todate,I found a new Dentist, at best I lost three teeth. The only reason I am leaving a review my family advised me too. Because people do read reviews. Good luck if you go there !!!!!!"

"My bad review isn’t for Dr. Hector, he was very nice and helpful but it is for your staff. Ms. Stewart, while she comes off as friendly, unfortunately is completely incompetent. I originally called Nov 17 and was excited your office was able to see me right away for an emergency visit. Dr. Hector was not able to fix my issue that day and as I waited at the front desk to schedule my next appointment I was told by Ms. Stewart that she would call me instead with my new appointment date. Well, almost 3 weeks went by and I never received a call, so I finally called back in early December to make it myself. My appointment was scheduled for today (January 15) and 2 hours before my appointment I was just called and told that I can’t come in because I needed preauthorization. I said shouldn’t yall have known that beforehand (this is nothing new, any other doctor or dentist have always gotten a preauth in advance) but no, according to her, this was a new policy that was just passed on Jan 1. Untrue, my dental plan has always required preauthorization for certain procedures. You just didn’t do your job and I have waited 2 months in pain due to your laziness or ineptitude. I’m not sure which one, nor do I care. And now you just called again to try to cover yourself by saying you left me a message a week ago saying you need preauthorization. Lies. Ma’am you did not, and if that was the case you should’ve been calling my insurance company, not me. Dr. Hector please find another receptionist, she is horrible and will make you loose patients. I will never be back."

"I found this dentist office in the middle of the pandemic. I started bringing my children right after and I enjoy the experience each time we come. First making an appointment and Mrs. Santana the front office manager makes it a breeze to schedule and her pleasant customer service wins me over every time. She will take her time and do her best to get you an appointment close with your schedule and she always welcomes my family every time we come in. She evens gives my children a few knowledgeable lessons and it is needed now days with teens. I thank her for always being courteous to us. Dr. Hector and his patience with my family is appreciated. Also the care he takes for our teeth and the education he provides to my children as he cleans their teeth goes along way. My children loves this place. They always enjoy the cleanliness, the relaxed atmosphere and the conversation. Thank you !"

"Mrs. Santana the front office staff is beyond Amazing and goes above and beyond to build connections with each and every patient. She is always so polite and pleasant and patient. Dr. Hector is an amazing Dentist. He is professional, courteous, and takes great care of my teeth and children. Very family oriented and welcoming. This place is a true gem!!"
