"The hospital is dirty, smells of urine and is terrible at providing health care. My foot was still bleeding and infected when I left. After I left, the provider was paid through my insurance but the facility bill was sent to a collection agency. Not once was I contacted by the hospital to pay a bill before it was sent to collections. I was then told by the hospital the collector could have taken my insurance, but the collector failed to comply to bill my insurance. The hospital made it sound as if they did not need to attempt to bill me, because they assumed the collector would do it. When I asked for a record of billing attempts/statements, they could not be provided. Now, my credit score is taking a hit for a bill that should have been sent with the other one to my insurance. Bad business. Bad care. Don't visit unless you want to risk your well being."
