"I gave this place one star but I wish I could give it zero. I was there earlier today and found a sweatshirt that I loved.i didn't have the money on me so I brought it to the lady and kindly asked if she could hold it for me until my wife could pick it up a few hours later. Upon returning to the store the sweatshirt was nowhere to be found. Not only did someone decide to not hold it as they had promised me, the woman had a very bad attitude. Needless to say I'm a bit perturbed. But that's what you get when you hire uneducated, unskilled uncivilized people that are doing a job a monkey could do better."

"It was awesome The first time I was able to purchase 4 pairs of jeans for my jr granddaughter. She actually liked the jeans too. Even better they have fitting rooms. Thanks Ross it was a one stop shop this time. The store was clean and organized. There is Plenty of parking too"

"This location upset me so much the last time I was there I called and talked to the manager. I came to return my child's shoes and saw a pair of glasses on the display. I asked the salesclerk if she could help me because the store did not have a line or many customers. She ignored me, rudely kept organizing perfume bottles while I waited and stiff there. Then she pulled them out. Stared and said you want? Then walked away to organize something else. I waited so I could ask to see another pair she grabbed the first pair put them back and rudely gave me the other while walking away again. Then someone came in line- she called another rude male cashier and was like "this lady taking to long of a time can you come help" I was there all of two minutes?! It got worse she was hateful and then she got a call, I thought maybe she's having a bad day, but when she got on the phone, she started smiling and being really nice to the person on the phone. It only got worse when she hung up and returned to her I don't want to help you look, I made my exchange she asked if I had worn the shoes which they still had the tags on them so clearly we didn't and she asked if I had a receipt with an eye roll, as if I stole them, I'm not sure what was going on, but I did talk to the manager after by phone but I'm posting it publicly because I will not be in the back in that store and beware there are other places to shop!"

"Although I arrived 8:45 with a return, they close at 9 on Sundays, and the dress area was scarce, I managed to find 4 for my daughter and mom and a cute blouse for myself. The cashier Who served me both times was very polite. He did not rush and folded everything neatly."
