Their prices are very reasonable and they have a nice showroom. Any problems that have ever occurred on the property, they have rectified without any issues. I highly recommend. I’m confused by the reviews considering they fall under retail and not new construction so they seem to have the wrong company they are reviewing. I love my flooring in my home but I did upgrade my products so my quality of flooring is amazing and the installation was awesome! Sorry guys if you buy cheap you can’t blame the company. "This company did a terrible job of installing carpet in a new home I bought. The carpet installation has exposed nails from the poor quality strips that they used and these nails have been poking my children. I have called Dunn’s carpet and Craftmark on this issue several times. Dunn’s response is that the only solution is to remove the carpet strips which would void my warranty. There are other carpet installation companies out there who can do a better job. AVOID DUNN’s Carpet Jessup MD."
