"I was very hesitant at first with only a 3.5 star rating but these ratings must’ve been from a very long time ago. The staff was kind and professional. The doctor I saw. Caryn was so kind and helpful. She explained everything as she took great care of me. I highly recommend this practice five stars from me."

"Very unprofessional and Ill mannered, staff seems like they would rather be on there cell phones then help patients, when there sitting in pain it took my doctor 2 mins to look at what the orthopedic had to send away for my images and more test for to still not have an answer my personal doctor had an answer in less then 2 mins of looken at the X-ray and thoroughly explained them. This place is a joke and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to get any work there. No care at all about patient’s medical care or needs or pain. Only help I did receive was from one of the managers , besides her none of the doctors or front staff were worth any help"

"First knee, Dr Myron J. Szczukowski, Jr, awesome job. 2nd knee was referred to Dr McCoy' , awesome job. 3rd saw Megan Dyson regarding my back. She is the spine specialist at the firm with only a PA. She referred me to a independent medical examination after she had directed me to have an MRI. Then stated I was ok to work. Got a referral to see the back surgeon who immediately said I needed a fusion and cage in my l4, l5. Megan is not a Dr. Get there before you act like one."

"I also had a great experience with the Orthopedic Center! Richard Mason was my surgeon. He and the staff did everything before, during and after the surgery that they could to educate me about how to take care of myself. Even the hospital food was good!"
