"Front seat staff has been nothing but rude since the office over turned to the new dentist. Poor communication and even worse attitude. There’s a saying to always be kind you never know what that person is going through and she really needs to hear that because she is a nasty person."

"About a month ago I called to make an emergency appointment for my son. He was in a lot of pain. Upon calling, I was told that my son was no longer a patient due to missed appointments. I had no idea. My ex husband had failed to put my number on my sons paperwork. Not a first. Also, all of the missed appointments were when I was making frequent trips to John Hopkins for cancer treatments and surgery. If I had known I could've at minimum, rescheduled the appointment. A very rude receptionist didn't care that my 7 year old was in pain. Rules are rules. No exceptions."
