"I'd like to give the store a full 5 stars. There were plenty of sales going on that weren't available online. The only downfall is I require tall sizing and they don't have tall sizes available in store. Old Navy, if you see this, please start carrying tall sizing in stores. Thank you!"

"I went to this location today searching for a new pair of jeans. Maria, the Assistant Manager was the helpful to me. I told her exactly what I was looking for and she showed me 3 different styles. She was so patient with me as I had hip replacement surgery and walking around and going in fitting room was challenging. She told me to use the handicap dressing room which was great because it had a bench for me to sit down. I had to call back tonight as I thought I wanted talk in the jeans and they were way too long. She answered the phone, found the jeans and is holding them for me. Old Navy is fortunate to have Maria on their team."

"I shop there all the time and its always a great experience. The customer service is very helpful and polite. The clothes are always neatly on display and easy to navigate. The dressing rooms were clean and organized which is very comforting due to health concerns during Covid-19. I love it there and I will be back very soon!"

"A very nice, big store with lots of space and tons of clothes. They also had some good sales going on for the end of the summer and a large selection on clearance as well. They didn't have as many size Small and XS as they did Large and XL available which was a little frustrating. I only saw two store associates available in the hour that I was there, and neither one ever came and asked if I needed help finding anything. Overall a great store and I left with a few items but wasn't impressed enough to give 5 stars"

"While selection seems plentiful at first pass, you quickly realize that sizing is not. I'm not sure about other locations, but this store stocks more on the smaller sizes. Lots of 'slim' fit items, (not for me.) The store interior and exterior are always spotless as with most stores in the Streets of Cranberry plaza. The checkout process seems slow even with 4 registers running. There are deals to be found if you're willing to do some digging."
