"This school is centered on Christ in all that they do. We feel so blessed to be a part of the community here. I asked my son recently what his favorite thing about his school was and he said "Everything!". If you're considering sending your children to a Christian school, I'd strongly recommend scheduling a tour at Dominion and seeing it for yourself!"
"We have two older children who have gone through FCPS and while their experiences were fine, we are very happy to have made the choice to enroll our youngest son in Dominion. We were extremely hesitant and candidly worried about making the wrong choice. For example, we asked questions like: - Is it too small? - Is it not diverse enough? - Low-Tech school ok, in a connected world? The truth is it is smaller. But the community is more intimate. It may not be as diverse, but that is changing with each year. Low-tech? Our son is like any other child, they easily embraces technology but they will have a unique opportunity to learn the way many of us have learned without a lot of technology. Our experience has been great; especially seeing our son thriving and really enjoying the community of kids not just in his grade but across the school. Teachers and faculty really do care and are committed. They have time; and take the time to meet our son where he is. In the end, every child is different and Dominion may or may not be the right fit for everyone, but for us what a wonderful place and community it has been for our son."
"Dominion Christian has been an amazing choice for our boys. We have twins in 4th grade. They have just started their 3rd year at the new Dominion North Campus. DCS has exceeded our expectations on every level. Our kids are learning and growing in so many wonderful ways and it is a joy to see. It’s been a great choice for our family!"
"We love Dominion Christian school. Our 3 children have all attended the lower and upper schools and we have been there for 12 years. Dominion has a loving and caring environment and is great for students who want to feel known! The teachers love our kids and they love what they do. They truly want every child to succeed and they show our kids grace and compassion each day. Our kids are getting a great education in a Christ centered environment and we couldn’t be happier."
"Dominion has been a wonderful experience for our family and children. From the lower school to the upper school, the teachers are steadfast in their loving and kind approach to appropriately challenge the students to work to their abilities and strive to do their best work in all subject areas. The difference I have seen at Dominion is the staff holds students to a certain expectation and standard, and the students work to successfully achieve that level, whether academically or socially. The community and parent involvement is very positive and encouraging. The academics, although challenging, are attainable for each child because of the teachers. The teachers come alongside each child, wherever they are, to help them attain their goals and succeed. I cannot praise Dominion enough!"
