"Basic manicure lasted 1 full day. Pedicure was mediocre as they did nothing to remove calluses on the bottom of your feet. Found the staff to be unfriendly. Once polish was on your nails you’re placed at a drying station and forgotten. Had to ask for oil to be placed on nails in order to put socks on. They didn’t have any spray to help with drying process. I expected more fit $60."

"I am African-American and was treated as a non-valued customer. Caucasian customers were treated like royalty and with respect and was asked for their phone number so they could earn rewards from future visits. I was not asked. When I was about to leave, there was no “thank you” or “goodbye.” So I walked up to the counter and stood there. After about three minutes, the lady who did my nails said: Do you need something? I said: Do you want me to come back? Do you want my phone number? She said: Oh, okay. Are you from the area? I did not even answer. I gave her my phone number and left. Also, she was talking on the phone while she was doing my nails, which was rude. She also snipped my skin with the clippers and was pulling my hands roughly. I reacted, of course, so it got a little better. Terrible discriminatory treatment. I think the workers are from China or Vietnam. Not sure. They spoke in their native tongue sometimes and in English with the foreign accent sometimes. The mail job was a simple manicure and looks mediocre. I will not go back there!"

"The woman at the front desk was very nice and John was amazing! I needed a gel dip removal/re-application and he killed it. One of the best manicures I've had in a while in the Robinson area. I was able to book an appointment same-day and was done within 40 minutes. Will definitely be back!"
