"First. Why do I have to get 25 calls to set one appointment? Probably because there’s a lack of communication among the staff. You get a call and told to do one thing, the next person says no that’s wrong, do this. Then you get a call saying that’s wrong you have to do this. And this can go on for hours. Second. Why is it that when you ask about the confusion you get a snarky attitude directed at you? Do I really want these people delivering my baby? Definitely not, moving to another practice."

"We personally have had a bad experience with this provider. They did not take my wife’s concerns seriously at any point. We first went to physicians and midwives in 2020 when my wife was pregnant with our first child. My wife wasn’t gaining weight and when we brought the concern to the doctor, they ignored her and said we had nothing to worry about. We went for our last ultrasound 40 weeks in and they discovered that the baby was measuring small. Our son was born in 5th percentile in size. Thank god he his healthy. In December 2023 we went back because my wife had a positive pregnancy test and wanted to get it confirmed. They took a urine test and said there was no way that she was pregnant. We wanted more test but they wouldn’t provide one so we went to another provider and they have now told us that we’re pregnant with twins. It’s really disappointing that we weren’t taken seriously and I do not recommend this provider to anyone."

"Incredible service and pleasant atmosphere! Front desk staff kept checking in to make sure things were moving along for additional blood work and paperwork I needed. Michelle Powers was the CNM I saw for my annual exam, and she was AMAZING! So down to earth and very thorough. Will definitely see her again for any of my women's health needs."
