"Dr He is my He-ro!! I have been seeing Dr He for about 5 and a half months (Feb – Aug 2023) and have done 34 visits with him in that time. I had a very bad case of shingles that caused a lot of nerve damage and neuralgia (pain). Dr He helped me to get rid of the pain and has made tremendous progress to reduce and hopefully eliminate the neuropathy as well. Patience is the key in acupuncture. If you are looking for a “quick fix” then acupuncture isn’t for you; take some drugs and get some surgery. Dr Zhong is very knowledgeable and helpful. During my first visit to H&Z, she saw I had a bloating problem, which I have had my entire life and Dr Zhong told me to take digestive enzymes. They are like a miracle for me; my bloating and indigestion cleared up immediately! I have been and will continue to take digestive enzymes every day from now on! If you are interested, you will learn more about TCM, such as brushing your hair, gargling with salt water, herbs, vitamins, and more. I can easily go on to extol H&Z, but I will close by simply telling you: GO!! And you will likely reap great benefits as I have!"
